1. Fee Structure
   
   
   • Tuition fees for courses at the Illinois Quran Academy must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated in the course details.
     
     
   • For programs that span multiple months, tuition may be paid on a monthly or term basis. Specific details will be provided at the time of registration.
     
     
2. Payment Methods
   
   
   • Payments can be made online via Zelle or PayPal with any credit or debit card.
     
     
3. Due Dates and Late Fees
   
   
   • The monthly fee is due on the same date each month as the date of yours or your kid’s first class. For example, if the class started on the 10th, payments will be due on the 10th of each month.
     
     
   • A late fee of $25 will be applied to any payment not received within 5 days of the due date.
     
     
   • Failure to pay fees within 30 days may result in suspension of the student’s access to classes until the outstanding amount is settled.
     
     
4. Refunds and Cancellations
   
   
   • Full refunds are available if a written cancellation request is submitted at least 2 days before the class start date.
     
     
   • For cancellations made after the class has begun, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the remaining classes, minus a 10% administrative fee.
     
     
   • No refunds will be provided after 20 days from the start of the class.
     
     
   • In case of program cancellation by the academy, a full refund will be issued.
     
     
5. Financial Aid
   
   
   • The Illinois Quran Academy offers limited financial aid for qualifying students. Applications must be submitted prior to enrollment. Financial aid decisions will be based on need and availability of funds.
     
     
   • Approved financial aid recipients must adhere to all payment deadlines for any remaining tuition balances.
     
     
6. Withdrawal Policy
   
   
   • Students withdrawing from a class must provide written notice at least 14 days in advance to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
     
     
   • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of any fees paid.
