    4. All students are encouraged to maintain regular attendance for the duration of their enrollment.

  1. Reporting Absences

    1. If a student is unable to attend a class, a parent or guardian must inform the academy at least 2 hours in advance via email or phone, except in cases of emergencies.

    2. In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, absences will be excused upon receiving a valid reason.

  1. Excused Absences

    1. Absences due to illness, family emergencies, or religious observances will be considered excused if documentation is provided where necessary.

    2. Students are encouraged to make up for any missed lessons by reviewing class materials or scheduling a make-up session (subject to availability).

  1. Tardiness

    1. Students are expected to show up on time for all classes. Repeated tardiness may be recorded as partial absences.

    2. Showing for more than 15 minutes late for class for three consecutive days without prior notice will be marked as a day absence.

  1. Consequence of Unexcused Absences

    1. Unexcused absences may result in disciplinary action, including a written warning, meeting with parents/guardians (for minors), or, in severe cases, suspension from the academy.

    2. Students with more than 3 unexcused absences in a term may be ineligible to participate in special programs or events.

  1. Make-up Classes

    1. Make-up classes for excused absences will be arranged at the discretion of the instructor and based on availability.

    2. No make-up class will be provided for the class that has been missed without prior notice.
